We kept getting hit with more and more snow the week before Christmas, and considered calling off our service on the 21st. In the end, we only cancelled Sunday school and went ahead with our morning service. As it turned out, we were the only church in town that had their doors open that morning! We had a small turnout, but the fellowship was good. The next week again was touch and go due to weather. We did finally decide to have our Christmas Eve candlelight service, and even though it was a smaller turnout than usual, it was a very nice service. Joe & Karla Beard
