Alder Flats, AB

HayfordsOne man and his family have been on my evangelism radar for a long time; somehow we happened to meet at a popular public spot.  We had a very cordial conversation, after which he asked me to come back again.  This time, it is my hope that we’ll have challenging and in-depth spiritual discussion that will impact his life and the family.  We welcome all prayers in this regard.   Samuel & Mary Hayford

Meadview, AZ

TrapanisBack in April, our ladies had a luncheon. The theme was “The Promise,” and the ladies made wooden Noah’s arks and an array of animals for each table, to be given away as table prizes.  We just heard a story about one of the table prizes.

It was won by a lady who has young grandsons out of state. She sent them the Noah’s ark set.  As it “happened,” someone else had given the boys a storybook of Noah’s ark just the day before the gift arrived.

The boys’ father travels all over the world and brings his sons gifts from Europe and other places.  He told their grandmother that the boys play with Noah’s ark and the animals more than anything else he has ever brought them, and every night they insist on hearing the storybook version of the Bible story!

God is working in the lives of everyone in that young family!  Lloyd & Carrol Trapani

Ocean Park, WA

Cole-Marty-CindyThere are some wonderful indications that Jesus is touching lives, as people acknowledge the Holy Spirit’s work in our assemblies. We have been blessed with individuals indicating their decisions to walk with God, either for the first time, or for the first time in a long time. We’ve been studying the minor prophets, and their message has brought conviction and commitments to the forefront. Marty & Cindy Cole

Springfield, ME

SwansOur VBS was a fabulous display of unity and desire to serve the Lord. We had 35 adults help us in various areas throughout the week, which was a huge blessing. In the past some adults volunteered to help with VBS, and now they love working with the youth so much they help us with our youth ministries during the school year – so we are raising up and equipping folks for ministry. Our theme was “High Seas Adventure.” Our sanctuary was transformed into a tall-mast ship with a real captain’s wheel, block & tackle, sail, bell, and many nautical items people had tucked away at home. Everyone brought something, and the end result was fantastic. We had over 50 kids attend, and best of all, 27 kids made decisions to accept Jesus as Saviour! We were in awe at how the kids grasped the need for salvation and then responded.  Bruce & Debra Swan
