Back in April, our ladies had a luncheon. The theme was “The Promise,” and the ladies made wooden Noah’s arks and an array of animals for each table, to be given away as table prizes. We just heard a story about one of the table prizes.
It was won by a lady who has young grandsons out of state. She sent them the Noah’s ark set. As it “happened,” someone else had given the boys a storybook of Noah’s ark just the day before the gift arrived.
The boys’ father travels all over the world and brings his sons gifts from Europe and other places. He told their grandmother that the boys play with Noah’s ark and the animals more than anything else he has ever brought them, and every night they insist on hearing the storybook version of the Bible story!
God is working in the lives of everyone in that young family! Lloyd & Carrol Trapani
