Kittredge, CO

Ullrich-Mike-BonitaWe had a “comfort tent” at the Kittredge Canyon Fest and made a lot of good contacts with people coming by our tent. The main emphasis was to serve the community, and I believe we did get some of their attention in the process. We gave away water and donuts, talked with folks and invited them to check us out, and invited the kids to check out our Kidz Club ministry on Wednesday evening.  Michael & Bonita Ullrich

Clover Valley, WA

Gustafsons1It was awesome to experience ten youth getting baptized in August! This was a great opportunity to visit with several of the parents. Consequently, three youth who came to watch the baptism signed up for youth camp. David & Linda Gustafson.

Pine Valley, CA

Murrell-Joe-JennySeveral new families have started coming to church as a result of our Awana, Sports Camp, and Park Nights ministries.

We’ve started a Children’s Church Sunday School program for the young elementary age children in the second service. We praise the Lord that He has provided teachers for this class.

This is significant, because our new church building is located right next to the elementary school. We now have a few families from the church whose children go to school there. We are anticipating growth in that area.

Please pray for contacts and ministry with many new young families. It’s great being in the building.  Joe & Jennifer Murrell

Redland, OR

RiefsThese have been fascinating days as we’ve experienced God working in so many amazing ways! A week after a message from Romans on the priority of being in God’s Word daily, a lady approached me before the service wagging her finger, saying, “Have I got a bone to pick with you!” She told me how upset she was that she couldn’t turn on her TV anymore right before she went to bed – God’s Spirit had firmly convicted her to dive back into God’s Word – for an hour every night! She confessed that her Bible time had slipped gradually away to nothing. She was so enthused, she shared her “new” discovery with all of her kids and grandkids and is encouraging all of them “to put aside other, lesser things” and “get into His Word.” Amen! She seems to have a new light in her eyes!  Steve & Lisa Rief
