LENWOOD, CA
We had two teenage girls choose to follow the Lord in baptism just recently, and a young girl accepted the Lord. Please pray for strength in their walk and the Lord’s direction in their lives. The Lord has been doing some extremely exciting things here in Lenwood; however, we have also been experiencing some intense spiritual battles. Please pray for the Lord’s strength for the church here, and praise Him for the many blessings that He continues to pour out upon us. David & Serena Carr

CEDAR RIVER, MI
We were able to have a couple over to our house for lunch, and it was a very enjoyable time. During the course of our conversation, the husband said he would be retiring in a year or two and that when he retired, he desired to put a lot of his time and energy into ministry here in Cedar River. He asked if I’d be able to teach him how to preach and said he would love to do some calling with me, and he’s just excited to have the kind of time necessary to devote toward being a servant and worker for the Lord. Obviously, we were greatly encouraged by this. I’ve been praying since we came here that God would raise up men passionate about their walk with Christ, faithful in their service to the Lord, and leaders in the home and in the church. This was a great answer to prayer and such an encouragement to us to see God working. Chad & Sarah Johnson

CORAM, MT
People in the church are working really hard to help us get involved in things here. They want us to do things with them—not just myself, but also Holly and the boys. They really enjoy spending time with us and showing us about their lives. This has made it much easier in beginning relationships with them. Also, it has been good to see a teenager and two young men really enjoying spending time with our boys. It is a blessing to us as a family, but it also speaks greatly of their willingness to consider others. Duane & Holly Scheidemantle
