September 23 – Tommie & Karen Owen, Tensed, ID
We are about 50 miles south of Coeur d’Alene, on the Coeur d’Alene Reservation. To the west is a treeless plain called The Palouse, and to the east are the rolling foothills of the Bitterroot Range. There are about 90 people in our town! Along with folks from other small towns nearby, our church averages attendance of about 44. Farming and logging are the main occupations of the area. Please pray for a young men’s discipleship group that has been meeting with Tommie. One young man in the group is from the Coeur d’Alene tribe. Pray for him to ‘catch the fire’ to witness to his people.
