Avenal is located in the Central Valley of California, the most important agricultural area of the U.S. For this reason, Avenal is mainly populated by Hispanic immigrants (95% of the total inhabitants) that work in the fields. Church services are mainly in Spanish for adults, bilingual for youth and children. Recently, 215 people are the average for our Sunday worship service. Please pray for our church building project, that our permits will come through and that we as a church make wise decisions in the materials, seeking a loan, and overall construction. Pray for our leadership group, that they can lead and disciple the new believers in their cell groups. Pray for the pastor and his family, to fulfill their needs and to renew their strength every day and dress them in the armor of God to accomplish His daily work.
