December 28: Mike & Gayle Stiener, Manton, CA
Manton is 45 miles southeast of Redding, and just south of Shingletown. We’re in the foothills near Mt. Lassen. The Manton area has about 600 people and consists mostly of retired folks and working folks that commute to Redding or Red Bluff but struggle due to gas prices. We are the only church in town, so we are here to serve all needs. Pray for a revival in Manton, in our little grade school of only 38 children, and in those involved in alcohol and drug abuse. Pray that we might offer them hope through the Gospel message.
