We are located about 10 miles from Coos Bay. This used to be a logging community with a school, church, and volunteer fire department. Now, the school building is used for a local metal fabrication business. The church is still vibrant, but quite small. Many have moved to the city in hopes of adequate work, so the families that are here are mostly retired. We have a few children in the church. We have a great facility with a new sanctuary, but we need a new parsonage for future pastors and family. We need a few new families or individuals to spread the ministry to some new people.
