May 10: Jim & Lennie Bredow, Lake California, CA
Lake California is a gated community located 3 miles from I-5, halfway between Redding and Red Bluff, CA. There are about 1200 single family homes in this community, one mini-mart, and one community building. Nearly all the residents are Bay Area or LA Area transplants. There is a good mix of young and retired families. We are still praying for land within or very near Lake California to build a future church facility. Meeting in the community building presents many challenges. We continue to pray that our congregation will grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
