Center for Leadership Development
The Center exists to equip present and future leaders for primarily rural areas in the United States and Canada by providing ongoing research in rural ministries and providing educational instruction, resource materials, ministry consultation, and encouragement to small church leaders.
The Center desires to be a resource center for small church leaders. The information listed on the Center's web site includes helpful web links and other various resources available for small churches and ministries.
In partnership with a number of Bible Colleges and Seminaries, the Center provides educational opportunities for degree (Bachelor and Master level) and non-degree programs, designed to enrich and equip pastor and lay leaders serving in the small church.
In order to encourage and support those involved in ministry, the Center offers a number of seminars and conferences for leaders in small churches. The Center also offers an online newsletter, an Internet bulletin board, and an idea page for encouragement and support for the small church.
