Affiliate Staff

The primary purpose is to allow qualified couples to serve full time as Associate Staff on a field served by Village Missions. They would thus experience first hand the work of Village Missions and hopefully would desire to lead a church served by Village Missions after their service is completed as an Associate Staff on a church served by Village Missions. This would greatly improve the prospect of a qualified church served by Village Missions employing an Associate Staff person that would agree with our philosophy of ministry.
