Affiliate Staff

The purpose of this position is to qualify those currently serving in staff positions at one of our churches as Village Missionaries. The process exposes them to the philosophy of our ministry approach with the idea that they will be more readily able to work in cooperation with our missionary. Individuals go through the application and Candidate school portion of our process and are upon acceptance ready for placement should they decide to become full-time Village Missionaries.
